KMK 1650HG Servo Flute Laminating Machine

The KMK1650 HG high-speed corrugating laminating machine with servo drive combines a motion control system with a servo correction device. Multiple photoelectric sensors detect the relative position of the bottom layers and control the top layers on both sides of the servo motor to ensure precise positioning of the top and bottom sheets. After the paper size is entered, the machine performs the adjustment automatically. As a fully automatic corrugating machine, it offers maximum performance and servo-controlled precision.

TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM

Equipped with a high-speed automatic feeder where both the paper lifter and the feed nozzle can freely adjust the angle to the paper to ensure fast and smooth feeding of both thick and thin paper.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Designed in accordance with European CE requirements, this system ensures the stability, high efficiency, and low failure rate of the intelligent, high-performance corrugated board machine.

All information, such as warnings, error detection, malfunctions, and operating speed, is clearly displayed on the screen via a human-machine interface and PLC control.

PRE-STACKING
The paper stacks are continuously pre-stacked, increasing efficiency. The special design of the pre-stacking frame saves time and effort.

GLUE ROLLER
The stainless steel roller is rustproof and finely ground to ensure a uniform application of glue with minimal quantity. The lower roller is cleaned with a water-cooled roller.

POSITIONING SYSTEM
Multiple photoelectric sensors at the relative position of the lower sheets control the upper sheets on both sides of the servo motor, enabling independent compensation. This ensures precise positioning of the upper and lower sheets.

EDGE PAPER FEED (OPTION)

This optional system is particularly suitable for large and thick bottom sheets.
