Separate Lead Edge Feeding Unit:

Printing Unit:

1. Printing roll adopt good quality of steel, dynamic balance, hard chrome treatment, axial adjustment can up to 10mm.

2. Printing roll adopt hanging plate device, foot switch can control of positive and reverse; it is convenient and fast to load and unload the printing plate.

3. Printing phase and axial movement: PLC touch screen control or digital display control, axial movement by PLC or digital display, the distance is 10mm.

4. Ink shortage alarm ring, monitor ink circulation system.

Slotting Unit (Electric Adjust):

1. The height of box is controlled by plc, Slotting phase adjustment is by plc control‚ phase motor is frequency converting control. When running and stop, both can adjust it.

2. Electric adjust: 8 shaft screw design, keep the high precision.

3. Slotting knife base and creasing wheel anilox movement use synchronous adjustment, put the box size on the touch screen, it is convenient to adjust.

Die Cutting Unit:

1. Anvil cover roll axial movement, the distance is 40mm, prolong the lifetime of anvil cover.

2. Die cutting roll adopt plc or digital control, phase motor is VFD type.

3. Die cutting roll is pneumatically lift, it is not easy to damage the anvil cover, therefore to reduce the running cot.
