Basic Configuration:
1. Automatic feeder: sheet-fed, shaftless servo motor feeder, 8 suction nozzles achieve high speed and high precision to ensure that paper is continuously fed into the machine. 2. Powder removal calender: a heating roller with a scraper effectively cleans the powder and dust on the surface of paper. Improve the brightness after laminating.
3. Water-based glue coating unit: roller coat, coating glue on the sheets.
4. IR dryer: Using infrared lamp heating, a high-efficiency and energy-saving hot air circulation drying channel.
5. Lamination main unit: multipurpose for water-based film laminating and thermal film laminating/window film laminating; glue coating and drying cylinder; lamination heating pressing cylinder; the machine is equipped with a separate circulating temperature controller beside the laminator and an advanced heater. fast heating, energy savings, and environmental protection. The main pressure steel roller is heated by heat transfer oil out of the machine. 6. Sheet cutting: the machine is equipped with an anti-curl device, which ensures that paper remains flat and smooth during the lamination process. Use a disc cutter to cut film; it is suitable for BOPP film. After that, the sheets will be separated by a shearing device.
7. Automatic Stacker: A non-stop delivery switching device that, during high-speed running, can turn on superposed mode matched with a wave-pressed device to make delivery smooth. Optional: non-stop automatic stacker board insertion function, It can change the pallet without stopping the machine, improving production efficiency.
8. Advantages of equipment: It is suitable for water-based glue, oil-based glue, non-glue film, and thermal film laminating. Control was shown in the human-computer interface. A user-friendly interface system with a color touch screen simplifies the operation process. The operator can easily and automatically control paper size, overlapping, and machine speeds.
