Feeding Unit:
With monitor; Equipped with the main and subsidiary paper feeding device. Equipped with the upper and down limit switch on the wall plate, it keeps paper pile stopping automatically at the limited position

Die cutting Unit:
Adopt the worm gear and worm transmission to keep running smoothly and stably at high speed. The main body, upper platform and moveable platform are made by high strength nodular cast iron in resin bonded sand way. Adopt 200° intermittent structure to control the movement time of gripper bar and keep the movement stably. Equipped with pneumatic clutch for overload protection. With pneumatic locking mechanism, make the die cutting plate fixed on the chase tightly. With one hard aluminum alloys backing plate ( Mark on it when you find some place can’t be die cut or some place is cut too deeply). Die Cutting Machine by special heat treatment made from 65Mn stainless steel plate. Equipped with gripper bar made of hard aluminum alloys, to reduce inertia and impact. With ten gripper structure, it owns stronger gripper force to keep running accurately at high speed. Adopt optimized motion trail and improved motion curve to ensure running stable and accurate.

Delivery unit:
Equipped with pneumatic sampling device, operator can check the die cutting status of sample during the running process. With subsidiary delivery device (When the paper pile reach into the limited height, it will alarm to remind operator replacing the stack, then the operator start subsidiary deliver device until the replacing process is done). Equipped with brush and blower, it makes the gripped paper drops smoothly and ensure the delivering process stably.

Electrical Unit:
Equipped with imported brand electrical components. With PLC control, it realize automation in the whole process of paper feeding, die cutting machine and paper deliver. With safety sensor switch, it keeps the safety of operator and machine.

Lubricating Unit & Cooling Unit:
With lubricating system, it distributes oil into the mechanical components for maintenance. With cooling unit, it cools the lubricating oil.
